Well I updated to 2.75 but this is still persisting as is the incorrect sleep goal met in the 7 day summary.

My app/Fitbit is not counting all of my sleep (ie, it shows my sleep through 9am when I woke up at 11am). It's also showing zero minutes for every pattern, not just being awake.

I still had the same issues I reported this morning, so no change on my end.

@AlessFitbit

The issues I mentioned on 28th July were still apparent this morning 31st July.  So as far as I can see nothing is fixed yet.

@Lilbiddy @Caligirlinco Hey, there! I moved your posts to a separate thread as it seems to be you both are experiencing something different, which is not the bug the other thread described.

@Lilbiddy Can you please describe more of what is happening with your Sleep goal? When did this begin and what app version were you using?

Note that only time spent asleep counts towards your sleep goal, not time spent in bed awake. To read more, please check out this article

@Caligirlinco For you, I recommend giving your watch a restart to begin. Then at night make sure you are wearing the watch snug enough so that the heart rate sensor is making direct contact with your skin. You need to continuously record heart rate so that your sleep stages are formulated. Please read more here in this article and let me know if you still have any issues.

@AlessFitbit  The thread '7 day sleep summary shows incorrectly goal completion' which had been seen by RobertoME shows that some of us are shown as sleep goal met when the target hours have not been achieved. This has always been the case as far as I am aware, from when I got my charge 2 at Christmas 2016 to the present. I am using the current update 2.75 on my Sony Xperia M4 Aqua and 2.63 on my Kindle.

My sleeping hours are shown correctly in the app so I know that the summary is wrong.

The sleep tile is still fluctuating awake time between zero and the correct figure.

I know that these inconstencies are of little consequence to me as the correct information is available when the tile is opened but it really shouldn't be wrong in the first place.

Sorry, small afterthought, I have in the recent past been logged as asleep whilst sitting reading at night.  The mind was active though the limbs were not. The books were obviously not exciting enough.

So a year and a half on and still not fixed.  Currently says I am averaging 2hrs 45mins over the last seven days but that I have also met my goal of 5hrs 30mins each night.

I know I'm rubbish at maths but even I can see this is total bs.

Why is it taking so long to sort out?
