I was doing a workout late at night 11:45p-12-30a I was watching my phone and at midnight it jipped me out of 500 steps. At 11:59 I had 12,600ish steps and it brought me back down to 12,100 ish steps when the clocked turned to 12:00. How do I get the these steps back? This is the second time it's done this to me

Hey there @Colbornc Welcome to the Fitbit Community ! I hope you're doing great!

Let me help you out, did you manually log your workout? Your Charge HR automatically recognizes and records select exercises to ensure you get credit for your most active moments of the day. But when you manually log an activity, its step and calorie data override the data automatically detected by your tracker during the same time period. This ensures that your steps are not counted twice as long as the manually logged activity has the correct start time and duration.

Hope it helps!
