Is there anyone with a solution to my phone being on the wrong time, I get notifications to go to sleep at noon and nothing at night so I am guessing the 12 hour clock is not working properlly

Thanks for your reply, I still get reminders in the middle of the day to go to sleep on my Charge 3 and my phone time is correct so have no idea why, but I can live with it albeit a little annoying
Thanks

Do you really mean the time on your phone, or do you mean on your tracker?
The tracker takes the time and date from your phone, or other sync device, each time it syncs.

I did mean the time on my Charge 3, the time on my phone is correct and for what ever reason my Charge 3 tells me its bed time at 12 noon instead of 12 midnight I do not know what else to say.
Thanks

So sorry I realise that I did say on my phone and not on my charge 3.

Assuming that is your bedtime reminder, you can just turn off the bedtime reminder.
See How do I set a bedtime reminder in the Fitbit app?
Also, check what you have set for your bedtime.
See How do I set or change my bedtime or wake-up time target?
If you have it right at midnight (or noon), maybe set it a minute earlier or later. I always get confused if midnight is AM or PM.
Also you could temporarily switch to 24 hour time to help make sense of it.
See How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
and scroll down a bit to "How do I change to a 12 or 24 hour clock?'
