my Inspire H R doesn't set up thur my tablet or computer. I'm doing the demos at Kohl's

Thanks for posting here and sharing that you can't get it to set up.
If the Inspire HR is not pairing with your account, I'd recommend that you try following the steps listed in this help article. They should definitely help so that it pairs to your phone and account and then starts working as intended.
