Having issues with my android phone & my inspire hr syncing. How can I trust the info if this does not sync?? Frustrating!!

Hi @Jileva56. Welcome to the Community Forums. Sorry for the delay.
I'm sorry that your Inspire HR isn't syncing correctly. I understand how important is to keep your information updated in the Fitbit app and I'll be here to help you out with this. Just to investigate, have you received any error message displayed on the app when trying to sync? May I know your phone's model and Android version?
In the meantime, please give a try to the following steps:
- Remove your Inspire HR from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
- Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
- Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Reboot your phone and restart your Inspire HR.
- Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > Inspire HR > Sync now.

Apparently I downloaded a Fitbit app. That was not legit.
Once I followed your instructions, & downloaded the 'real' App all seems to be be working well.
