I am not able to read the text messages from my Fitbit.    It will vibrate and say there is a new message but it doesn't allow me to read it......      any advice??

Thank you for your inquiry. You will need to check the privacy settings on your phone to show text messages on the locked screen. You can find additional instructions here.
