Since getting the Inspire HR from Anthem I only occassionally get anything other than a general sleep time. Since 2 weeks ago there have been no sleep scores at all. I have tried everything I can think of including switching arms. Any idea why I am not getting anything? Joined premium and liked what I got when it worked. Have device primarily for sleep

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using to sync your Inspire HR? In order to receive Sleep Score, you must see sleep stages, is your device tracking your sleep as it should? If you see sleep stages but don’t see a sleep score:
