Inspire HR screen is blank and wont turn on

The screen in my HR is blank but the lights at the back still flash it just vibrates any ideas it's not that old I bought it the end of June

Hi! I just had this issue, fixed by restarting the device. Firstly, put your device on charge as normal. Second, press and hold the button for 5 seconds. Then, wait for the device to vibrate or show a smile icon, or respond at all. If nothing happens I would contact support, but try again a couple times to make sure, it took me 3 tries to restart successfully!
