I received a FitBit HR for Christmas and set it up on December 25. Worked fine, synced to my laptop. December 26 @ 819am was the last time it synced. I have done all the suggested troubled shooting, even set it up on my tablet and still having the same issues. Help!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post, your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting are appreciated too. if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
