Inspire hr won't sync with phone

How long is it going to take for fitbit to fix the syncing problem go inspire? I have uninstalled. Re-installed 3 times. Restarted the inspire 3 x daily. Booted down and up my phone at least 2x daily. It wouldn't pair with the phone for 3 days, and no live syncing on phone for a week. Now it won't sync at all. I've gone thru every help article, checked all the notification requirements, etc. Fix it!

Let me help you syncing your Inspire HR with your phone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue.

Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleTry refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • You can find troubleshooting instructions here.
