Over the last few weeks, I've noticed that my fitbit Inspire will not sync with the Fitbit app on my Samsung Galaxy S10+ while it is connected to the wifi at my home. The wifi is working for all other devices and my phone, but not for my fitbit app. When I turn the wifi off, the fitbit app opens and syncs just fine. When the wifi is on, the Fitbit app says that the says that the fitbit website is down and to try again later.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
