Ionic Not Sync

My ionic won't sync using either my phone or my laptop. After talking with support I was told my phone wasn't compatible even though it had worked for several months since. Very dissatisfied with customer service and again as I relayed to customer service, I will never again buy a fitbit. They are too expensive for the problems they have.

If it's not syncing with either your phone or your laptop then the issue is likely to be with the fitbit rather than your phone. Have you tried restarting it by pressing and holding the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen (this should take less than 10 seconds)?
