Hello @Chester100, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I was reading your post and I'm wondering if you are experiencing this issue with your Ionic?
Indeed, we have received reports the notifications are failing with the Samsung Galaxy S8, but this issue is limited only to the Fitbit Blaze. For more details about this issue, please take a look to the last update shared by @AlessFitbit in the following post.
If you are not able to received notifications with your Ionic, make sure you have personalized your notifications using your app and for all the necessary troubleshooting steps, take a look to this post: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).
