Had such high hopes for the new Ionic. I've now had it for about 4 days and it has synced maaaybe twice. Yes it is set to all day automatic sync. I have no heart rate or sleep data but the watch is on a functioning. I am so frustrated. I'm about ready to go back to my old Surge.

Until @Fitbit publicly apologizes for the Ionic problems, consider it a lost cause. We got suckered into paying hundreds of dollars for the frustration of being their QA testers.

I have the same freaking problem. Not syncing workouts or sleep, having to manually make it sync every time. It's a 300 dollar headache.
