I have the Ionic - in January the new update rendered my Ionic vibrate-notification for emails and messages no longer functioning. A ticket was put in because it couldn't be fixed. Then a few months ago my Ionic wouldnt power on but a button reset got it up working again, but still the issue with notifications. And Saturday the screen suddenly displayed the Fitbit logo only and the button reset isn't working. I also tried to unpair and repair the Ionic to my phone because it worked for another person on here, but my phone cannot find my Ionic - when I tried fixing the issue before unpairing the app was saying the Ionic couldn't be found. I went through 3 Versas before finally asking them to send me the Ionic because I thought the Versa model was an issue but I
apparently I cannot get a Fitbit that works. 😕

Hello @atlasayn85 unpair the ionic is when the user removes the ionic from the phones bluetooth. Is that what you did?
Removing a non sinking tracker from the Fitbit account will add a lot more problems.
What is it that is not happening @atlasayn85 ?

I would try the steps to fix a sync issue, this should let the tracker be setup
