My versa 2 used to Bluetooth connect to my oppo phone no problems now my phone says pairing rejected by versa

I've deleted and re set and all the correct notifications are on as per manual but messages and calls don't come through to versa please help

True, a user can not manually pair a Fitbit tracker to the phones bluetooth. The tracker should reject the pairing every time.

 

Let's try disabling the notifications found under the 3 dots in the upper right. Now let's setup notifications, the app should want to pair the the tracker to the phones bluetooth at this time.

The phone is going to ask permission to pair. You must agree.

 

If the above doesnt work, log out/in on the Fitbit app.

When logging in you will be asked if it is ok to let the app pair the tracker.
