Ionic stopped syncing and updating

I just receivedthe ionic on 6/14. It was working fine then all of a sudden yesterday it kept almost powering down, and not responding when I pressed buttons. I restarted the ionic, shut down the ionic. It seems to be ok now. However, it is not syncing to my app now. I have a LG G5 and seen it was not on thebkist of devices but it was working fine 2 days ago. What could be the issue and possibly way to fix this problem? Tia

Hi there @Cha-Hee, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community and my apologies for the late response. I'm wondering how it goes? Is the issue still persisting with your Ionic and the syncing issues?

 

You did good in restarting your watch, so if the syncing issues persist, please give it a try to this suggestions: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Yes it is still giving me issues. I am working with fitbit support to
hopefully fix this issue and so far no such luck 😢
