When a device is not among our List of Compatible Devices, we cannot guarantee all the features will work as is expected, since the app is not optimized for the device in question. Nonetheless it would not hurt to give it at try to the following troubleshooting steps: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).
Regarding the inaccurate step count, can you provide me more details? Is your total step count not syncing with your Dashboard or is the tracker the one is not recording your steps? Are you doing any exercise in particular beyond a regular walk?
