Help my ionic wouldn't gobthrpugh the latest firmware update and then it was left with the time all wrong and wouldn't sync via Bluetooth. I have completed every suggested remedy and have ended up with the device removed from my account and now I just can't get it to do anything at all. The fitbit logo is just sat on the screen. I have even tried to return it to factory settings and that doesn't work.

Best AnswerI got the very same issue as well just over the last few days it stopped showing the correct time. Had to factory reset as it wouldn't sync anymore and now it's just stuck on the logo screen for hours..... product seems dodgy

Best AnswerSame issue. Stuck on logo, not syncing, and unresponsive to button presses. I didn’t explicitly tell it to update, just froze during a sync, tried restarting, froze on logo screen, battery died, charged, logo screen, it’s just stuck. The 3 button factory reset does nothing but turn it off for an hour or so before the logo comes back up and is stuck again.

Best AnswerFitbit ended up replacing it. After saying I tried the factory reset and stuff, he offered me a replacement pretty quickly. They must be seeing a few of these..
Best AnswerWe have two of these Ionics. My wife has one and my daughter has one. My daughter isn't using hers anymore so I inherited it. :):) Anyway, I did a factory reset just like everyone else did and it is now stuck on the logo saying to go to www.fitbit.com/setup in a bunch of different languages.
When I try to set it up through my android phone it doesn't register to give me the 4 digit code to sync the watch. However it continues to show the code on my wifes, so I turned hers off. Mine still won't connect after all the "help" directions this website gives.
Help me fix it now please!
