My fitbit iconic has been turning off about 1 minute into my workout. Fully charged.

@Leecr Welcome! It's great to see you around!
I will gladly assist you with this and thank you for fully charging your device. Does this happen every time you are recording an exercise or is it randomly? How frequently has this happened? Have you noticed this happening during a specific exercise?
I look forward to your reply.

I’ve had the exact same problem the last two days. Went for 7 1/2 mile runs each day. When I tried to check time around one mile it wasn’t working at all. What is the fix for this and what is the warranty if it can’t be fixed? Pretty frustrating.

I have had the exact same problem. The last 3 weeks after about 3km into a run it shuts down as if the battery is flat and won't turn on til its plugged in to the charger at which point it comes back to life with close to the amount of charge it had before shutting down

I have had the same problem with shutting down during excerise tracking. Happened the past two days and today I chose not to connect my wireless ear buds and listening to Pandora. Same results. Both days it looked to drain my battery as well. This all started to occur after latest firmware update. I hope there is resolution.

Has anyone figured out a resolution to this problem? I am still experiencing this exact same issue. My fitbit is up to date and fully charged when the issue happens. I am running and tracking the exercise with this function. fb turns off an says 0% batt approx 1 min into run but reads approx 25% when plugged in
