Ionic is not syncing anymore.
I have read the post and tried all the recommendations. All of them took a big amount of time and is not working
I unpair it and now my phone is unable to pair it again...try to add as a new device and connecting takes forever.
Please help

Thanks for going through all of the recommendations.
What might have happened is that the connection itself was corrupted in some way. Let's try to restart it from the very beginning. You can do that by following the steps I shared in here. Try them and then run the setup again and it should work.
In the meantime I'd like to ask:

My Ionic, about a year old will not pair with my Samsung phone.
Full battery, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
It gets to the point where it ask you to input the four numbers that appear on the watch, then it acts like it can't find it to continue the install.
The Ionic will not pair with my Samsung phone, My Samsung watch does, and a couple other items pair just fine.
I hate to have this Ionic just laying here unusable. It displays normal but will not pair so I am not able to add it to my Fitbit App on the cell phone..
What else can I do, I did the reset by holding the two buttons down at the same time
