Hello @K8tie1983 and welcome to the Community.  Please tap on the You tab at the bottom of your main dashboard page.  Your irregular rhythm notifications are in the Health assessments section.  Tap on the View history to see your details.

Your post is in the Premium forum, but you don't need Premium to see your irregular rhythm notifications.  If your notifications aren't on the page I mentioned, do you use an Android or iPhone?

I have an android, and last time I checked you needed the premium to print
these features out. If I run the irregular rhythm check it works and shows
AFib but it no longer does it on its own.

Nope.  Not a true "medical device" in that respect.  I have congenital heart defects, have had multiple heart procedures and even surgery.  I have to take daily heart meds for sinus node dysfunction tachyarrythmia (IST which causes episodes of fainting w/o warning called syncope which really friggin' hurts when you land on your face/head) and even have custom threshold settings according to my heart doc for max HR notifications and a manually entered max HR for exercise zones set to 115bpm.

I get ZERO notifications on my Sense or phone for going above or sustaining my doctor's recommended max HR level.  I have not once, since its implementation, received an irregular rhythm notification even during 12 lead EKGs that show it happening, or echocardiograms, tilt table tests, you name it.  You can look at my graph if I had an episode of syncope and it goes wild - usually it will spike extremely high and then plummet between fifty to a hundred beats in a minute.  No notifications.  No irregular rhythm notifications when I physically feel a flutter or skipped beats, etc.

I realize of course I can be one of the outliers in the 1.8% (they say it is 98.2% effective or something) but likewise it is on your wrist, not a doctor, etc.  Don't get me wrong, I've had faulty holter monitor results too - especially when I was younger and it was this huge machine that had to plug into a phone line.  But our consumer-level wearable tech is not nearly advanced enough to replace the tech that doctors use, and their ability to interpret results.  Irregular heart rhythm is not necessarily indicative of Afib either - it could be so many things, and the sensors can't necessarily pick up on this.
