Does anybody have an LGV30 with the Ionic or Versa? I'm trying to find out if its compatible and working? Thanks!

Hello @Valeriern13, great to see you have joined the Fitbit Community. I'm sorry for the late response to your concern if the LG V30 is compatible.
You can use our compatibility list to search any device you want to know if is compatible with the Fitbit products.
Fitbit is compatible with more than 200 of the most popular Android, iOS and Windows mobile devices. The full list of compatible devices with confirmed compatibility can be found at fitbit.com/devices.
If a device isn’t listed it doesn’t mean it won’t work with a Fitbit tracker or smartwatch. We routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit App, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models. A majority of Android phones running version 4.4 or higher will work with our products, however we cannot guarantee optimal performance on devices for which we have not tested and confirmed compatibility.
Hope this helps and stay tuned to our Community if you have other questions.

I have a Charge 3 and an LG v30.
WANNA MAKE ME THE BETA TESTER so we can be compatible?
I don't wanna have to return the charge 3 simply cause the engineers are too busy catering to iPhone and Samsung users first. LG V30 came out between the S8 series and the S9 series of Samsung devices, Halloween 2017 was launch week for LG V30. Yet a year later, not compatible.
I am so flaming frustrated I'm about to return mine and say forget tracking anything.
My Flex 2 SORTA worked too.

The Charge 3 is an expensive sleep tracker if you own an LG V30 or most other LG phones.
Unbelievable that a popular manufacturer's phones are not supported.

I have an LG V20 which (more than three years after launch) is still not listed as compatible. (Picture steam pouring out of my ears.) Sync has worked intermittently but lately I have to reboot the phone to get sync going if it's been more than 12 hours or so.
Inexcusable that a major manufacturer's phone (and one I happen to like a lot) isn't supported.
