It shows a Galaxy S3 - is this yours as it doesn't show a Galaxy 3?

Hello @sandee1018. As @SteveH mentioned before, if your device is the Galaxy S3, is listed as compatible. Although is to consider that if the OS of your mobile device doesn't allow to install the most recent version of the app (V. 2.41), it might give you instabilities at the moment to communicate with your tracker.

Yes you can surely use Samsung Galaxy 3 with fitbit. If you think that your phone is not compatible iwith it. Then make it compatible at your own by using some hacks such as updates, upgrades, ROM flashing, installing application of new versions, upgrading your phone firmware to new version etc. All these things make compatibility level stronger b/w two.
