Is The Galaxy A60 Supported with Flex 2?

Dear All,

After Flex2 connect with Samsung A60, the counting and alarm can be synced. But notification is not working and I tried to resetup again still not work. Is it Flex2 not yet support new samsung mobile? Thanks

Hello @ICarusYan and a warm welcome.  The Samsung A60 is a very new phone and is not on the list of compatible devices for the Android app.  This probably explains why the app doesn't work properly.

@ICarusYan Thanks for sharing those details on the matter. 

 

As @LZeeW mentioned, the Galaxy A60 is not a supported device. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.

 

As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the syncing.

 

Having said all of that, maybe you could post about adding the A60 to the list in our Feature Suggestions board. That way other users can comment and vote on the idea to show their support for it. If you do post in there be sure to read the FAQ to better understand how that board works.
