@aprilrodgers Hi and Welcome - Has you tracker got a Heartrate Monitor - if so are the green lights on the back still showing?
on the Fitbit app does it show the battery symbol as having a charge
if No then plug into the charger and you may have to let it charge for upto 4 hours if it is complete drained for any sign of life to show again
If there is battery life or after the charge has shown a significant charge level and still no screen then try a restart of your device you may have to do this 2-3 times in a row
if it is a reasonably new device you could take it back to where you purchased for a replacement (depends if still under warrantee/ guarantee)
failing this you may also wish to consider giving Customer Service a call to see if they can give more suggestions,
the phone number will appear once the office is open (usually 0800 - 1900 Mon-Fri and 1000 - 1700 weekends in the UK)
This is for the UK but should you need to change country scroll to the bottom and look for United Kingdom with a down arrow next to it and click on the arrow now you can select your relevant country and the page will refresh
