I've just got a new phone - samsung galaxy j3 2017 - and I can't get my notifications for messages to show on my Alta HR. Can anyone help please.  Thank you.

Hi, @Clanmar! Have you checked to make sure your permissions for the app are all activated? Usually when you get a new phone, you have to reset all of those permissions for the app.

Hi. Yes I think I have. Unless I'm missing something. But apparently my phone isn't on the list. But my previous phone was. I've obviously gone backwards! Annoying.

@Clanmar what about your android notification settings for WhatsApp? Make sure they're set to High or Urgent. Can you post screenshots of your android notification settings and your Fitbit mobile app notifications settings?
