Hi,  I've just bought a Samsung A10 and can't sync it with my Fitbit alta.  Is it compatible ? is there something I need to do to my phone to sync.  I previously has an iPhone and it was easy.

My friends brought me a fitbit charge 3 , it wont sync with my samasung galaxy a10 , I dint gave the packaging will I be able to return it?
