I can't see anything on my dashboard or my discover page. I am trying to keep up with a workout routine so this is frustrating.

I have the same problem. I tried to log out and back in but the app says that "Fitbit.com is unavailable".... 😞

(Well now I'm sure I'm never paying for Premium service. I face issues with the app on regular basis... Especially since the new GUI was introduced.)

Seems the server is up again now.

Just the app is not showing the latest figures on the Today screen, but that bug happens all the time.

Yep! My dashboard and discover page are working as well. I just got premium good thing I can test it before I subscribe.

I was celebrating too soon. It's up and down, sometimes it loads completely, sometimes not at all and sometimes it loads half of information. 

Fitbit, please fix it, thank you.

Hi @Jana.Velvet . It looks like a hick up on the Fitbit server. Try to synchronise a few times. That solved it for me this morning.

(Broken Fitbits One, Charge 2 and 3). Using Charge 4 and Garmin fēnix 6. App vs 4.41. Android 14

Any idea when this will be fixed?  In a Stepbet, have met daily steps, but it won't sync up.

Nope, still not working. I have tried all of the troubleshooting, including revooting it and phone, reinstalling app,, and removal of the device.....and now can't get it to find/pair to my charge 3. Very, very frustrated.

the problem is not solved I'm afraid, I logged out of fitbit due to not being able to sync, and now it wont let me log back in, keeps saying "fitbit.com is down for maintenance" so I deleted the app and re-installed it but still the same please help

If Syncing, Pairing and Firmware updates are working...how can these be accessed? My Samsung Note 8 will not re-pair with my Charge 3, even though it worked perfectly for months. None of the suggested  processes to re-pair and reconnect my Charge 3 have worked. What is the solution?

The solution to my Charge 3 - Samsung Note 8 pairing/syncing problem was simple in the end. I ended up re-setting up my Charge 3 again. It took two attempts but that fixed the problem. No amount of trying to get it to synch any other way worked. Finger-crossed it keeps synching and stays paired!
