All of a sudden my fitbit app is requiring me to turn on location services to sync. I have turned on location services every single time and have double, triple, and quadruple checked that the location services are turned on. However, each time I open the fitbit app, it asks me YET AGAIN to turn on location services and they are somehow turned off. What is the problem?

Welcome to the Forums @kdilli.
Thanks for taking the time to bring this up.
I'd like to ask some questions about this situation:
In the meantime please make sure that you are running the latest version of the Fitbit app. You can click here to read more about it. In addition to that I'd recommend force closing the app and restarting the phone before opening it again. That should help so that it reloads from scratch.
Let me know how it goes or if you have any questions.

I have a samsung s9. And I am up to date on all software updates (Android version 9), as well as the fitbit app itself.
This started happening probably about 2 weeks ago. I can't tell if it's a phone issue or a fitbit issue tbh but it does seem like it started happening after my most recent software update. I will try what you recommend and provide an update.
