Hi,
I recently had my phone repaired where I had my phone data wiped. Unfortunately since redownloading all my apps I am unable to login to the FitBit app. Issue is that when I click on the email or password section the keyboard will not come up and it shows no evidence that I have even selected it. However if I select Forgot password the keyboard will pop straight up. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling however it still won't let me login.
Any advice?

Thanks for your efforts while troubleshooting the Fitbit app. It's odd that the keyboard isn't displayed to be able to log in, and to work on this please give a try to the following:
If the issue persists, I'd appreciate you to provide me with your phone's model and Android version so I can investigate this situation.

Have tried that and still no luck 😔
Phone is a Samsung S9 SM-G960F, Android Version - 9 updated to the latest patch.
