I got a new LG G7 ThinQ phone a couple months back and I'm finally trying to get my Charge HR to connect...and according to the website the LG G7 ThinQ is not compatible...does anyone know when the phone will be added to the compatible list?

Welcome to the forums!

No one knows that. It takes time to test all the new phones that are coming out.

But hopefully it will get added soon

@JaenneS Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I moved your post to the Android App Board as there are more chances for you to get an answer to your inquiry here. Thanks for taking the time to post on this board regarding your phone's compatibility with Fitbit devices.

The developer team is aware of the need to add new devices to the list of compatible devices. There are some users who can synchronize with non-compatible devices. If your phone meets the requirement of Minimum Supported OS (Android 5.0 Lollipop), you can try the tips on this helpful article.

Note that we don't guarantee that the synchronization will be successful as we are still testing on this phone model.
