My wife and i just got new phones and she has been having issues with her Alta HR connecting. She does the force stop, Bluetooth on/off, restarted her phone. I have the Charge 2 and haven't had any issues yet. Any ideas?

It may just be that the phone is not supported by fitbit. It isn't listed at www.fitbit.com/devices
Having said that it's worth trying a restart of the Alta HR by:
