LG V10 will not bluetooth to my Fitbit HR

This is driving me absolutely bonkers trying to set this up. Bluetooth says that my Fitbit HR will not accept the Bluetooth from my LG V10. Why?
I was so excited to receive my first Fitbit. Now I am frustrated. PLEASE HELP!

Welcome to the Community @AimeeG! I hope you're doing great! 

The LG V10 is currently not a supported device. Although the LG V10 hasn't been fully tested and listed as supported, it wouldn't hurt to attempt to set up your LG V10 for syncing with these steps. Depending on your device, all features may not be fully functional. Keep an eye on this list as it will be listed there once fully tested.
