LG V20 Compatibility

It seems my LG v20 is not,compatible with my new Fitbit flex2. I am highly dissatisfied. What are my options? Is there any way for it to work on this phone? I just got the phone 2 weeks ago and the flex2 yesterday.

  • What type of computer do you have? Is it Windows or Mac?
  • If it is a Windows computer, what Windows version is it using?

What exactly do you mean by took too long? Is it that the computer software got stuck? What computer are you using? Is it Windows or Mac? If it is Windows, what version is it running? I'd like to see if there is a way in which I can help you out to get it to work.
