LG V20 Compatible

Just bought the Ionic last week, did not know that it is not compatible with my LGV20 phone. I can't receive messages/notifications. Any suggestions? Thank you

I've been struggling with my ionic and v20... Mine is Now working as long as you put your phone settings on vibrate or sound. It doesn't work on silent whatsoever. Hope this works for you!!!! I know that me getting the notifications are only a good sign for the v20 community!

Thank you for the response, unfortunately no luck. I had a tech help me a few days go, no luck either. I may go with a Garmin since its compatible.

I just started having those same issues!  There was an update last week and now no notifications show up.  Been told that the V20 is not compatible, which I told them BS, as it worked perfectly for the last 6 months...

They told me to get a phone that works... SMDH

I know I am coming on this thread much later, any update of you two...

I get all updates and notifications by turning my device on vibrate !!! I
put the vibrate intensity down all the way on the way on the phone and it
still alerts my fitbit

I always keep my phone on vibrate.... But are you saying turn the vibration down to minimal and I should get my text messages and emails?

That is what I am missing.. my texts and emails no longer sync to my tracker?

Is that the same issue you had?

Yes that's the same problem I had. I turned my phone on vibrate ... And set
it as minimal vibration. And made sure on my fit bit that notifications
were on. Also try turning off both the oho1ne and watch to reset

I've had my ionic for over a month and just today had to call support... Well, I unpaired it from my phone... OK it's still a tracker watch... Oh, but I had to follow the directions of the csr who told me to factory reset the ionic... Now it's just a paperweight because it won't sync with my phone. Dude told me to get an iPhone. I don't want an iPhone thank you!

I am sorry to hear that.  I finally got mine to work after about of month of no notifications.
I held the left button in for a few seconds and it brought up a window where you can set up: wallet, music, and notifications.  I selected to ON.  And then resynchronized my watch again to my phone and all has been good.
