LG k20 plus...compatibility

I received my fitbit blaze from my son & husband for mothers day this year and it was working fine with my old Samsung phone. Last Tuesday, I had to get a new phone because my phone keep shutting off. (It was 3yrs old) Went to T-Mobile & informed the rep that I wanted to make sure the phone I selected was compatibile with my Blaze. She suggested the LGK20 PLUS. Ok cool. I noticed I wasn't receiving any notifications so I contacted Fitbit support who advised me its not on the compatibility list. I really wished I known about the compatibility list prior bc I would have to pay a $50 restocking fee to return this phone. Fitbit team android can you please add LG K20 PLUS to the list. I want to ENJOY the full benefits of my fitbit blaze. Or can you send me a $50 check before next Tuesday so I can go to Team iPhone. Please help me. thank you

No response. They won't even respond to my comment in the play store. I quit wearing my fitbit now because they want all kinds of access in my phone that no other app has requested, and I can't sync the majority of the time, so I gave up.

How did you get the LG k20 to work with Fit Bit? I took had a Samsung and it was working great. I just got the LG K20 this weekend and am not getting any notifications. If you could tell me how you got yours to work I would appreciate it so much!

I had to reload via computer and then it began working. I am still not sure
it is 100%. Though am relieved the basics are at least functioning since I
was told fit bit was not even compatible with the new phone. Wish you luck!

Hey I was just wondering if you used a different app on LG k20 than the Fitbit app. I would love to have my Fitbit sync and I have seen there are other fitness apps ( I don't know which to try?)?

No. I haven't found anything. I sync on my PC.

I am on the go 12 - 14 days before I have access to PC. So tracking on
phone is crucial. I have to reach out to see if anyone else knows of
compatible Fitbit apps. Anyone who could help?

Unfortunately we do not have an ETA on when we can expect that phone to be added to the list. As soon as we do have anything to announce we'll be sure to let everyone know.
