I have had the same issue since the last firmware update August/September.
Also after numerous uninstall/reinstall and resets of Versa 2, I am logged
out of community etc have to rejoin. Took me until this month October to
get a response from Fitbit. Tried multiple times on the limited ways the
Fitbit help provided. A lot of encouraging suggestions and support from
community members.

My Note is 5G and connects to 5G at home wifi, outside of my home, if
available 1st choice 5G, if not connects 2.4 I believe whatever it was
before 5G Help ASAP! Professionally, socially, and community forums a lot
of problems with Fitbit last few months. People have switched already fed
up. Over half atleast, comments of best ever and now worst regardless of
which model
