I would like to be able to display the 24hour fitness gym's QR code on my phone so I can enter the gym.

@Dhukan Welcome to the forums. Please apologize the delayed response.
In this case you should either set the QR code as a wallpaper on your phone or you can mark the picture with the QR code as a favorite in your gallery and pull it up every time you need to enter the gym. If you meant to let your Fitbit device show the QR code, you can set up the QR code image as the background image on your device with help of the "Photograph" clock face, if you have a smartwatch (Versa or Sense series).

I don't think the Android app would be a place to support that. Use Google Wallet (or Samsung Wallet or whatever else you can use). It's a perfect place for membership cards and codes. I keep my barcode (my gym uses barcode, not QR) in my Samsung Wallet on the phone and additionally on my watch as a backup.
