Logging activity with Galaxy Note8

I just switched from Apple to Android, and I'm no longer able to manually enter an activity as I start.  Now it is just a previous activity. I hate this, as I like to check my progress as I workout. Is there a way around this that I haven't figured out yet, or just the way the app functions with Android?

Hello @SunsetRunner, I noticed you are a new member around in the Fitbit Community, nice to have you here! I would like to have more details as what type of the exercise you want to log and if there is any special feature you want this to include?

Some features it may work differently from the iOS app, but most of the basic functions works in the same way. By reading your post, If you want to log a manually activity in the Android app still is an existing feature:

  1. From the main page, tap "Exercise Tile"
  2. Tap the Stopwatch icon at the top-right
  3. Switch from "Tracking" to "Log previous" using the tabs at the top of the screen
  4. Type the activity you'd like to log or create your own
  5. Fill out the details and submit the log.

If there is something I missing, just let me know. Hope this information helps.
