Hi there @MsDeb, let me give you the warmest welcome to the Fitbit Community! If you are having issues to receive test messages on your Alta HR, I would like to share with you the following post: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app). You will find here all what you need to resolved this issue.
