Logging fruit concern

while logging food, when you are logging fruits, it gives an option of g yield---what is that

i have taken a screenshot of the fitbit app where it shows g yields while logging fruits, but when i try to upload it as a reply to you, the app shows that i do not have permissions to upload images.
