Logging into App says Fitbit.Com Unavailable

I had to clear the app data and power my phone off then on.  You may first just power you phone off and on then if that works.  If it doesn't clear you app data in Settings then Apps > Fitbit  >  Storage > clear storage > cache .

@whammo18 it looks like you have an android phone so I've moved your question out of the hardware tracker board.

I did literally every "fix": Uninstalled and reinstalled the app three times now, restarted my phone over a dozen times, am on wifi/Bluetooth on, and this app still is not working and constantly saying fitbit.com is unavailable. It is a new galaxy s10 that has had no issue with the fitbit app for the past 5 months I have been using it. Is there any update on when this APP ISSUE will be fixed?

Hi @Samiharwell at this moment there is a problem that affects all users.
