Logging weight bug

When I log my weight as xxx.6, it changes it to xxx.5.  I keep changing it back to the correct weight, but it keeps changing it back to xxx.5. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app--same thing.

 

This now compounds the bug that already existed that shows my weight loss off by 0.1 lb on the main dashboard screen, while it *was* correct on the details screen. Now the main dashboard screen and the details screen don't match by 0.2 lbs (and neither is actually correct, because it won't log my weight correctly.) Help!!!

I'd like to let you know that we are always striving to improve the Fitbit experience with our products and services, therefore, the feedback that's shared here in the Community Forums is always appreciated and really helpful for us to evaluate our procedures and make sure that we are delivering what our users want and need.

 

In the meantime we further investigate this matter, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
