I've had the Charge 2 for a few years but just recently deleted the app from my LG phone by mistake. I went back to the Play Store and could not find it again. How can I reinstall the app onto my phone. It is Android 7.

Hi @pgy127 the minimum requirement for Android is 8, so you won't find the older app in the Play Store. Do you have another device that can be used to set up and sync?

You should be able to find an archived version @pgy127

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @pgy127! I appreciate your assistance @Odyssey13 and @Rich_Laue.
@pgy127 If you have Android 7, you might find an older version of the Fitbit app as @Rich_Laue mentioned but since a new version of the Fitbit app was released recently, this could have been removed the old one from the Play Store.
As @Odyssey13 said, the minimum requirement is Android 8. So I recommend you to check if your LG phone can be updated to Android 8 on your phone's settings so you can download the Fitbit app again.
Hope this helps.

I'm confused: this post by @KateFitbit states that version 3.43 (hence supporting Android 7) should be still available in the Play Store although it won't receive any further update. This shouldn't be any problem as Charge 2 won't support the latest features anyway.
