Last night I synced my Flex in the evening and my app said I had 11,882 steps. I purposely walked around the house a bit more so that I would be guaranteed to have 12,000.
This morning when I synced my Flex, my step count for yesterday went down to 11,557.
Why would I lose such a random amount of steps?

@laceybean Welcome to our Community! This is weird, have you logged any activities on your account? If you have then this may be the reason your steps decreased. Have you noticed this for other days? Do you have any other trackers paired to your account? You could restart your Flex by doing the following:
1.- Plug your charging cable into the USB port and insert your tracker into the charging cable.
2.- Insert a paperclip into the small pinhole on the back of the charger.
3.- Press on the pinhole for 3-4 seconds.
4.- Take your tracker out of the charger and insert it back into the wristband.
After this monitor your tracker's behavior.
