Syncing my surge

My Surge won't Sync to my Samsung galaxy any ideas what the problem could be? Has been fine for a week.

Hi there @Cwillard, welcome aboard to our Community. Make sure you have your app updated to the most recent version. This is easy to know since your Google play store store and should indicate an update available. If note then you ahve the recent version wich is 2.33 for Android. You can find this infomration too on your app menu by going to the Help section.
