Lost Info on Dashboard

The latest update has caused half of my dashboard to dissappear. It now begins with Calories Burned. There is no sync info, steps, floors, etc.

I've already uninstalled, reset the phone and reinstalled the app, to no effect.

Good news folks. I got all my dashboard setting back. I was wondering why my calories were not aligned with my tracker. I logged into my fitbit account on my table and saw that it had no divice paired.

I saw that before but I might loose all mydata if I repaired the tracker. I couldn't remember my 4 didget pin number.

Today I bit the bullet and repaired my tracker. It easy, just follow the steps as advised on each screen. Then BANG! The dashboard was back to full display.

So, log into your fitbit account or via you phone and see if your tracker is paired. If not, you'll need to pair it again and you should be right again.

Goodluck and post if you are successful. I'd like to see if I was able to help.

I have reply from the customer support yet. Their email said it will take at least 2 days due to the volume of quiries.

I ended up creating a new account as if I am new to Fitbit. Which means, I can't finish 2 of my ongoing challenges with friends and workmates. Not happy.

I was experiencing the same problem with the missing data but it appeared to solve itself when I rebooted my phone.

I should mention: I uninstalled and re-installed the fitbit phone app twice; and I also left my phone off for a number of hours -- I don't know if either of those actions had any bearing on the error being resolved on my phone.

So very frustrating that every time there is an update there are performance issues of some sort.

My Fitbit had lost pairing with my app. I've set my device up again and now it's reporting fine.

Try to pair your tracker again. I believe when the update was switch on it disconnected the pair of your tracker to your android device it was linked too.
