Lost historical data after replacing Charge HR

I was without my Charge HR for 18 days ending in August while waiting for a a replacement for my original which had problems with the band coming away from the face. Last week my replacement Charge HR experienced problems syncing that required removing and readding the tracker to my account. I just noticed last night that the data from my original tracker is now gone. Is there a way to get it back?

It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community @evegowa. Your data should be there. I would recommend logging out from the app, rebooting your phone and logging back in. If this doesn't help, please uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.

 

Whether your data still doesn't show up, please check out the online Dashboard to see if the data shows there.
