Lost my groups and Community on fitbit App

Good day

 

I am not really sure what changed. I just cannot go into my Community and groups on the fitbit app anymore.

I have uninstalled and re-installed the app multiple times... nothing. 

I get no notifications I cant see any of my friends (or my) posts at all....

 

I have cleared the apps data and everything

 

Please help me!

Thanks for trying to reinstall the app to try to get it to show before posting in here.

 

I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on. Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your app and then post it here? That way I'll be able to find the best way to move ahead.

This is what i see...

 

The first photo is - the last notifications i see, and i cant even go into them.

 

The second photo is when i go onto someones profile, cant scroll down to the posts

 

the third photo is my own profile. cant scroll down?

 

im not sure whats going on

Could you try going into the Friend's tab on the app and see if you get the Feed option in there? I'd like to take a closer look at the situation.

It is possible that the Community Feed is not available in your country, as it is not available in all. Or perhaps you traveled recently and your location changed automatically to a different country.

No it was always available to me. it just changed

I didnt travel i didnt do anything to it?

 

So i dont know what to do now?

Maybe you could try checking that your phone's settings have the correct location, or your Fitbit app. You can check on the app by going into the Fitbit app's settings and scrolling down into Advanced Settings.
